pg 238-239. 10 Apr 1852. Allen Page administrator of the estate of Jacob Page, dec'd. There are nine distributees for the estate, each to receive $58.01. Four of these heirs are minors for whom a quardian is to be appointed.

pg 244. 5 Jul 1852. Thomas Lawrence granted letters of administration on the estate of Pharris Lawrence, dec'd.

pg 247. "Notice: State of Tennessee, DeKalb County. To Leroy Williams, Thomas J. Williams, Vinson Williams, James M. Williams, William Hayse and wife Mariah, JOhn Simpson and wife Elizabeth, John Hayse and wife Rebecca, William C. Avant and wife Nancy, Josiah Bass and wife Paralee and A.M. Savage, attorney and agent for Paralee, William and Temperance Fite, the three last named minors by their guardian Hiram Fite, heirs and legatees at law of William Williams, dec'd. pg 304. 9 Mar 1853. Levi Bozarth, administrator of estate of Samuel Allen reports $61.87 drawn from the state of Virginia and payments made to each of the five heirs:

Isbell, Clerk of the County Court of DeKalb County, do certify that I did on the 28th day of Oct at my office in the town of Smithvivlle, proceed to take and state an account in settlement with John W. and Matthew Williams, administrators of the estate of Rachel Williams dec'd after notefying the heirs and distributees and advertising as the law directs in the presende of John W. Williams, Matthew Williams, Leroy P. Williams, Williams Hayse, John Hayse, William C. Arnet, John Simpson, Josiah L. Bass, Hyram M. Fite, guardian of the minor children of Temperance Fite, dec'd (to wit) Paralee, William, and Temperance Fite and Leroy P. Williams guardian of James M. Williams and Thomas J. Williams, all of which is fully stated and set forth in the foregoing settlement...."

pg 316-317. 5 Nov 1853. William L. Adams, administrator of the estate of Sarah Ann Adamson, dec'd, settlement. One share paid to each of the following:

pg 325. 24 Nov 1853. Wilson Taylor and wife Catharine and Yancey Penegar Bond. "Wilson Taylor has this day received from the Clerk of the County Court and William Adcock, administrator of David Adcock, dec'd, the sum of $25.08 as one of the distributees."

pg 325-326. 4 Jul 1853. Tilmon Adcock, guardian of the minor heir of Leonard Adcock, dec'd has this day received $6.72 paid by William Adcock, administrator of David Adcock, dec'd, plus $18.00 from the administrator.

pg 326. 4 Jul 1853. Yancey Pinegar has this day received from W.J. Isbell $6.72, the balance due myself and wife, money paid into the office by William Adcock, administrator of David Adcock, dec'd, plus $18.00 from the administrator.

pg 327. 4 Jul 1853. Perry adcock has received $6.72 from the administrator of the estate of David Adcock, plus $18.00 from William Adcock.

pg 327-328. 4 Jul 1853. Tilmon Adcock has received $6.72 from the administrator of the estate of David Adcock, plus $18.00 from William Adcock.

pg 328. 4 Jul 1853. Mary Adcock has received $6.72 from the office of W.J. Isbell, clerk, the amount paid into that office by William Adcock, administrator of David Adcock, dec'd, also $18.00 from the administrator.

pg 328-329. 4 Jul 1853. Levi Penegar has received from the clerk of the County Court $6.72, plus $18.00 from the administrator.

329-332. 5 Nov 1853. William H. Whaley, administrator of Leonard Lamberson, dec'd, settlement. Amount due the distributees of the deceased, $170.09. Receipts given by the heirs and distributees to the administrator as follows:
