pg 11. 26 Mar 1864. The following commissioners layed off to Mrs. Hannah Cantrell, relict of the late Benjamin Cantrell a years support. Signed Thomas Dunkain, William N. Lain, Wm. H. Jenkins.

pg 15. 13 Apr 1846. Elisha Congo, Tilmon Foster and Moses Pedigo set apart provisions for the widow and family of David Denton, dec'd.

pg 15. (no date). The undersigned freeholders set apart to Charlotte Tyree, the widow of Thomas J. Tyree a year's support for said widow and family. Signed Thomas Simpson, Gilbert Williams and Peter R. Simpson.

pg 77. 2 Oct 1848. The death of Benjamin Adcock was suggested in open court and the he departed this life intestate whereupon David Adcock Sr. was appointed administrator.

pg 84. 2 Oct 1848. The death of William Childress was suggested in open Court and that he died leaving a written will. On 2 Mar 1849 James Davis Sr. was appointed executor to said will. The said James Davis Sr. had died before winding up and making a full settlement upon the Childress estate. Daniel Koger is appointed administrator debonis Non with will annexed.
