WWI Veterans from Chester County
The Tennessee State Library & Archive (TSLA) has compiled an index of WWI veterans of Chester County from the National Archives’ Record Group 36. The online TSLA Index provides you with each serviceman’s name, age or year of birth, birthplace, notes, and page number in the original volume. Additional information regarding the soldier’s rank, training, dates of service, discharge, etc. can be obtained from the microfilmed records.
