State of Tennessee
Campbell County}  I Jefferson Wyrick do make & publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking & making void all other wills by me at any time made.

First  I direct that John Wyrick my son & Thomas Wyrick my son each one to have & to hold all of my lands including buildings to which is situated in the first Civil District of Campbell County Tennessee adjoining the lands of John Willowby & Thomas McFarland & others.

Secondly  I direct and request that the remainder of my property be equally divided among all of my children which is first John Wyrick my son, 2 Hamey Comer my daughter, 3rd Angeline McFarland my daughter, Mandia Sutton my daughter, Ellen Wyrick $1.00 one dollar and 5.00 Thos Wyrick my son in which I wish to include all of my money that I have as controle at the time of my death after having retained a decent burial expenses for myself & to this end & lastly I do hereby nominate & appoint Thomas Wyrick as my executor.

In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand & seal this 8th day of May 1882.
