     Know all men by that we Richard Linville Benjamin Bratcher Henry McCinney George Grimes Samuel Curtis and Elisha Chambers are held and firmly bound unto Willie Blount Governor and his Successors in Office in the sum of Five thousand Dollars to the which payment well and truly to be made and done We bind ourselves and each of our heirs Executors and Administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this forth day of December 1810.

     The condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas the above bounden Richd. Linville on the day of the date hereof has been duly Elected Sheriff of the County of Campbell for the suc- seading Years.

     Now if the said Richard Linville shall well and truly Execute and due return make of all process and preceipts to him directed and pay and satisfy all fees and sums of money by him Received or levied by virtue of any process into the proper Office by which thence by the Tennor thereof ought to be paid or to the person or persons to whence the same shall be due his her or their Excutors Administrators Attornies or Agents and in all other things well truly and faithfully Execute the said Office of Sheriff During his continuance therein then the above obligation to be void Otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
