Scale poles to the inch.
By virtue of an Entry No.94, dated the 7th of july 1824, I have surveyed forty acres land on a branch of Big Cove Creek in Campbell County for Jacob Queener Snr. Beginning on a white oak on the North side of a small spring branch, running thence South 80 West 107-1/2 poles to a stake South 14 Deg. 20 min. East 106 poles to a stake in his old line, then with his old line North 70 East 54 poles to a stake and black oak pointer North 30 Deg. West 40 poles to a black oak, North 6 Deg. West 32 poles to a Spanish Oak, North 18 East 61-1/2 poles to a hickory and dogwood, North 63 Deg. East 30 poles to a white oak, and thence North 36 West crossing the spring branch at two poles, in all 4 poles to the beginning, as represtented by the annexed plat. Surveyed the 6th Aug. 1824.
