Comments: The lady who mailed me this death certificate noted that the birthplaces for Andrew Lawson and Elizabeth Rose should be Whitley Co., Kentucky rather than Tennessee. My records also say that Delia was the widow of James Franklin McCullah, but that is not listed on the death certificate. The full cause of death listed on the certificate for Delia McCullah was: Accidentally burned. Clothes caught fire in front of grate. Under industry or business, the certificate listed "Own home." The certificate lists Delia McCullah as being buried in the Melvin Cemetary on Stinking Creek.
