NOTICE OF SALE In accordance with a resolution of the Benton County Board of Education, passed March 13, 1958, directing the sale of the Morgan-Claxton school house and grounds at public auction, this is to give notice that said property will be offered for sale, on Saturday, April 12, 1958, at 1:00 o'clock p.m., at the South door of the Court House, Camden, Tennessee, at public out cry to the highest bidder for cash.

The building and grounds will be sold as a whole to the highest bidder. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. Final sale to be approved by Benton County Board of Education. This March 28, 1958 Grady Melton, Chairman Ford Hollingsworth, Sec. and Supt.
