Will – Farmer, William S., 1934

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WILLIAM S. FARMER OF ROUTE 3 CLINTON, TENN.

I, W.S.Farmer, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. I.  I direct that my funeral expenses and all just debts by paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor. II.  I give and bequeath to my sister Isabelle Farmer, all my property, both real and personal that I might die seized and possessed of. III.  I do hereby nominate and appoint R. M. Murray Sr. my executor of this my last will and testament.
